What were some of the structural challenges that LimeLife beauty consultants him/herself faced while performing his/her work?

The ex-beauty mentor came across multiple obstacles in terms of company constitution like getting put under a new upline not of her choosing after the initial one abandoned the enterprise, struggling to manage several inter-linked Facebook pages, and not receiving straightforward direction about how to vend the products. They also claimed that they did not receive enough people-based contact which was their favored selling method and rated the entire MLM structure as disorganized and not suited to their nature and selling techniques.

You have been the only person with an organic thought regarding this.  It's refreshing. I love the products,  not the structure.

Every single thing you said is 100% spot on! The Facebook groups are insane. Not to mention trying to keep up with all the chat groups. A big problem I had with LL is that a lot of the products were always out of stock. I started out when LL was in its infancy. So many clients/customers got turned off because of all the out of stock issues. My upline was such a snob and rude most of the time. She told me that I wasn’t very good at my job if I focused on the out of stock items and not push products that were in stock. So what are you supposed to say when someone wants a mascara and it’s out of stock for THREE months? She rarely had time for me once a team of someone else was rolled up to her. I witnessed so much catty mean girl nonsense. Don’t even get me started on one of the corporate heads. He is absolutely VILE! The site of him makes me cringe. I witnessed so much hatefulness from that guy from the time he was hired till I left the company. For the life of me I don’t understand Michelle Gay’s mentality on keeping him with the company. So much underhanded gross things went on. Now, a lot of the TOP executive level beauty guides left LimeLife just recently. The company is definitely not at all what it was when I joined back in 2016. I miss it, I truly do. The products are wonderful, I had a great time. But I can’t be a part of a company that employs someone like him that is over so many, that depend on their incomes.

I couldn’t agree more with most everything you said.  The monthly and yearly fees are unfair, the products well some are way too expensive,  too many groups too many lives not enough basic training or answers to questions... they go on about how great a community it is and you get all this training but that is a load of.crap

I just joined LimeLife by Alcone and I’ve had an amazing experience so far— as a business owner I already have the structure for marketing. One of the groups I’m in had training modules my up-line recommended me to complete and that has made it less overwhelming and more logical/strategic! Thanks for sharing your experience tho!

I just happened to run into this content looking for something else. I'm sorry for the experience you had. We're always making forward movement in simplicity of onboarding and have a new app coming out that takes all of the running around to get trained away. I too am a very in person/hands on retailer and have found ways to work this business both on and offline. (Well more online now of course). I help train people on how to grow a network based off of your personal experiences and how you can help others (in and out of makeup) vs using our personal friends/family to grow. I am sorry you didn't get the experience you were looking for and thank you for expressing this is your own experience. Many people don't include that statement in a review and with so many people with different experiences it gets confusing when opinions get stated as facts. I just wish we connected sooner so I could have guided you to check some of that training out. I wish you the best of luck in all you do! <3
