My life is challenging and I must admit that sometimes, I am afraid of my responsibilities because it may lead to failure. What strategies for successful goal setting do high achievers employ to counter these emotions?

Successful, on the other hand, learn to control feelings and do not get consumed in feelings but instead focus on things that matter to them most. There is no room for being overwhelmed by anxiety or encouraging instant self-gratification. Instead, they are goal-oriented, with clear reasons for their actions. They achieve success by concentrating on what they desire rather than what they are afraid of.
