To change the course or more so, how you feel in life, it is pertinent that you first change what you are concentrating on. By changing what you focus on, you are able to change how you feel and what direction you are heading. Another example would be replacing anxious thoughts of possible outcomes or problems and instead thinking about how successful you will be and what you would love to achieve. Once you make these adjustments and changes in attention allocation, your behaviors and feelings will follow to a more pleasant and desirable sense. Better questions need to be asked, questions that will yield better answers. Also, it is useful if you would state for yourself different roles in different life domains in order to strengthen your sense of self as well as motivation.
