The Whoop 4.0 is peculiar with the fabric wrist band and there’s no touch screen, buttons, or a place to connect wires with. It has a metal clasp and is stretchy and comfortable to wear. Technology is contained in a small piece of plastic that weighs 11 grams and is waterproof for ten meters. The Whoop strap is design whereby the user has a variety of strap colours and options to choose from which ranges from sport to formal. Whoop also has special accessories like underwear and swimming costumes with inbuilt tracker pockets. Though marketed as a fitness tracker, its seamless look makes it easy to wear even during charging because of its wireless inductive charging design.

From the comments, I can understand that many people miss the point of why somebody would prefer having a Whoop over a Garmin, Fitbit, or Apple Watch.

The fact that it has no screen.

For people who like to wear real watches and prefer weightlifting over running the whoop so far is, sadly, the only option.

I'm adding a comment here just to say I completely disagree with adding a display to the whoop. In fact, if they do, I will immediately cancel it.

Does anyone knows if you need another “wristband” for wearing your whoop in the bicep??
