As although I’m not a die-hard fan of the concept of fitness trackers, I never thought I’d actually take the time to search one out either. With that said, I recently dug around online to find a few surrounding the Whoop 4.0 that closely matched my wants and desires. The most essential requirement is essentially that the Whoop 4.0 records workouts in the gym. How does the fourth version of Whoop compare to other fitness trackers when it comes to logging gym workouts?

Of all the features, Whoop 4.0 is most popular because of its applicability on various workouts. It automatically detects activities such as running or riding a bike, however, for specific gym exercises, it is best to upload your regime to the app to achieve the most precise results in workout logging. This can be seen as a drawback as it takes time to set up, but the advantage here is that you will be able to accurately track your workouts. In addition to this, if someone’s wearing a Whoop, their heart rate will be constantly monitored and that enables them to only work out at suitable heart rate zones. Only when doing outdoor runs, one regrettably cannot use the phone to check the data – therefore a smartwatch seems much more practical.

0-21 in strain is because of "borg scale", really old actually. Health professionals uses all the time with patients. That-s why they choose 0-21 scale
