Yes, the Amazfit T-Rex 3 does have an EN13319 seal of approval for single gas diving down to a depth of 45 meters which allows it to be used for scuba. It holds this particular certification alongside other premium timepieces such as the Garmin Fenix 8 and the Apple Watch Ultra.

Ultra-marathon documentary film maker here and scuba/freediver, this literally looks like my next watch! There are so many features that this would work with both my film-making as I run around filming athletes and events in the mountains and freediving too, incredible. Yes indoor freediving is done horizontally in pools for distance with various disciplines but there is also depth pools as deep as 40m deep across Europe that we can "indoor" dive in.
