Is the Apple Studio Display worth the price in 2024?

I am leaning towards purchasing the Apple Studio display, however I have doubts around its pricing for the year 2024, what do you think?

Looking ahead, from 2024, it should also be noted that for $1,600 Apple Studio Display is not the best deal on the market. There are such third generation QD OLEDS as well as other monitors with more functions, better color reproduction and HDR, as well as OLED for deeper blacks for a lower value. It is suggested to seek these alternatives as an option before settling for one.

Pros: 5K scaling and speakers Cons: 60Hz, crazy price, IPS pannel, useless stand and the fact Apple just doesn’t care to make it batter after 2,5 years
Conclusion: buy 4k with better colors and higher refresh rate, use BetterDisplay to adjust scaling and save a lot of money

Agree with you. Apple should be embarrased to still sell this piece of old tech on 2024, no matter the price. Hope an upgrade is coming soon.
