When choosing the perfect height for the bicycle bar, one should take into account various elements including morphology of the body (torso and arm length), spatial and strength parameters and others. One might want to think of the right height as that where the “feels too low” factors such as perineal pressure points, discomfort in the lower back area, or numbness in the hands will be felt. Body positions should be tweaked slowly over time and self-critique of body MJ8-13S dimensions should be adhered to. However, once pain begins, the responsibility falls on the fact that the bar was probably positioned far too low. At 'this' stage ‘this’ is understandable that neither the position of the saddle nor the position of the cleat should be modified before making an attempt at adjusting the position of the bar in relation to the other two.

That was really helpful as my bar height has been a challenge but now you’ve raised other issues that I need to address too.

One point he missed is the neck angle. When you are too low. Your neck has to create a bend to look upwards. Whicy is very unpractical way to ride it. Most importantly ride for atleast 20 kms to know for sure if bike fit is accurate. I thought my bar height is ok pedaling a few strokes but it was way to low when i went on a longer ride. Another thing i learned was avoiding spacers to reduce drag and getting a incline stem. My bar height was finally ok but my reach got too short because of the angle.

Also get the right frame size for your height if its too small dont even think of lowering the bars lmao
