In what specific ways does the handlebar position influence the pelvic angle and comfort experienced during cycling?

Positioning yourself on your bicycle's handlebar can change the position of your pelvic angle with respect to the torso. A low handlebar, as previously mentioned, can provide excessive extension of the pelvis leading to buckling forward on the horizontal plane or sliding too far forward on the saddle. This faulty position results in saddle soreness such as the perineum being compressed into the incorrect area of the seat, excessive strain on the low back area due to the increased force on the levers that is the lower spine, more pressure on the hands and causing numbness of the hands and discomfort in the upper body areas.

I have a question. I have a cross bike with a low racy front and bars. I never get back pain. But with my sportive bike (higher) causes back pain. Eg lower. Can the higher bike be too high?

Flexibility, just like everything else about the body, can be trained. So, as long as you have the right size bike, you should be able to ride in any configuration. The human body is not a god damn stone, it can adapt, change size and shape.

Fit Adviser, thank you for your explanation , i notice the scapula 's position changes with the swipe but doesn't it need more width to be comfortable ?

Total insanity.  Not everyone is a racer.  I just want to relax and enjoy the view, not get home with neck pain.  Also, riding down the breakdown lane, as that's all there is around here, I need to be able to look at more than the ground below me, such as the cars.  They really need to give the customer an option.  These days the lowest is the default, and not much room too raise it (or it's fixed/proprietary).

No dealer and no consultant at the bike manufacturers has ever explained the connections so well. Thank you!
