How Does the Price of the Samsung ViewFinity S9 Compare to the Apple Studio Display?

I am considering the acquisition of the Samsung ViewFinity S9 but would like to compare its price with that of the Apple Studio Display. Could you assist me with this information?

The Samsung ViewFinity S9 will be pegged at an approximate price of $1300 USD which is still less than the Apple Studio Display which is said to go for about $1600. Furthermore, this price may even go down after the official launch due to the resellers like Best Buy or Amazon offering discounts. Should this price range come down to 1000 to 1100 USD, it will be a steal as it would auto be less than the Studio Display and would provide comparable features, if not better, including color accuracy.

these are priced the same as Studio Displays, so Samsun lost here as the build quality and materials are worse than these from Apple

This is $2300 in Australia and the Apple monitor is $2500....It's a no-brainer. The Apple is much better, the sound is streets ahead and if you don't need the screen tilt,; your decision is made. Put it this way if you are upgrading from the old 27" iMAc ....and you don't need the tilt with that why is it all of a sudden a requirement?
