Which are the best body angles one should get when fitting their road bicycle so as to maximize power, control, and comfort?

The universal norm with regard to road bike fitting is to have a torso to upper body angle between 75 and 90 degrees and an elbow angle of around 120 degrees. This allows for a good position of the shoulders and the upper body during riding resulting in efficient power, control and comfort.
