Yoga Nidra or NSDR can be performed at dawn or dusk, essentially, it can be practiced at any point during the day or night. A section of people may find doing it in the morning to be energizing because it rejuvenates them while others may relate solely using it in the middle of the night when they are encountering sleep issues. The practice is adaptable and can ne be customized depending on one’s schedule as well as their needs whether, for example, they require a power nap or need to incorporate a relaxation technique to their daily life.
