What are the steps to enable the Fan Control software after you have downloaded it?

After downloading and extracting Fan Control, open the “fancontrol.exe” file that comes with the software install. It will find all fans which are adjustable on your PC. Afterward, you can classify and label them for easier identification. The application will also check the start and stop values of every fan and estimate at what percent they begin or cease rotation.
