Can Fan Control v110 Manage GPU Fan Speeds?

Can the fan speeds of the GPU be altered such that application Fan Control v110 is able to do so? In case this is true, what could be the ways to do that?

Yes, Fan Control v110 is able to control the speeds of the GPU fans. You can create a customized fan curve that will automatically adjust the fan speed of GPU fans according to GPU temperature from within the software. This means that it’s possible to alter the fan’s settings on the video card without external programs such as MSI Afterburner. All you have to do now is define a graph fan curve, set your GPU as the temperature sensor and that’s how those fans are going to work with the GPU temperature.

Also, pro-tip: You can have both Afterburner running alongside this. Disable user control and custom fan curve in Afterburner and just leave it on Auto, then FanControl will take control of the GPU's fans ;-)

I made a custom shroud with two 120mm fans for my GPU and I have been using this software to control the fan curves using a motherboard fan header.  The dev has been keeping things updated, which has been great to see.

Little Correction: If you have a 3 fan GPU, it might only show 2 fans. It did for me and according to some reading I've done it's normal for some GPUs. If anyone was wondering!

Be using this software since release and love it. Being able to set my system fans to ramp up with my gpu temp is amazing, especially since I have deshrouded my rtx 3070 using p12 pwm fans and run them off a mobo fan header.

Must have program for everyone!

This helped me lower my 3080 12GB temps by 15 C. Thanks! Now running full load at 1440p 144Hz with high AA and hovering around 65C or lower.
