Fan Control v110 ever personally connected me, hence I am excited about the thought of practicing that control in the future I would also like to reward the developer, how might I do that?

Donations help the developer enhance and maintain the software and possibly it will help to develop new features since the software is free of cost. Normally, such links are placed on the GitHub project page or inside the program. Switching to the independent software development, every dollar even a small one is helpful and enabling.

This is sick! Totally donated for this. I'm willing to bet there are some amazing developers out there for major companies who spoke up and/or tried making something like this but upper management was like nah. Well it's too late now :)
