What is the concept of productivity in terms of time and money?

Can you expand further on how productivity and income differ for the time that has been put in?

Productivity is in essence the amount of earnings you make per hour based on the hours worked. It is a return on time spent on accomplishing various tasks or projects. The more time efficiently one can invest, the higher the possible return from that time investment.
